So disappointed, the chain is lovely quality, but the picture is unclear. Had a picture of mam and grandad who passed away this year as a present for my mam. Ya can't see my Grandad in the picture. I emailed about this to the customer service and no answer. So so disappointed 😔

I am happy with the product but the seller has deceived me. I have ordered silver color and brought it to me in pink copper color. The product is beautiful but it is not the color you want I am a little dissatisfied or disappointed but equally thanks for the order it was good
